1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, services and use of the Accesslaunchpoint venue operated by Accesslaunchpoint Events Inc. (Manitoba Corporation No. 10127634, "we", "us", "the venue"). By confirming a reservation or entering the venue, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Experience

Accesslaunchpoint is a 100% offline, in-person entertainment venue. All game evenings, game parties and related services take place face-to-face at our brick-and-mortar location at 253 Rte 57, Winnipeg, MB. We do not offer online, remote or virtual participation of any kind.

• All table games are social entertainment formats.
• No real-money wagering, betting or gambling is offered or permitted.
• Chips, cards and tables are used for staged entertainment only.

3. Reservations & Payment

• Reservations are confirmed in writing once a 50% deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event.
• Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Final guest counts and menu selections are locked 5 days before the event.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free rescheduling is available up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.
• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations 7–14 days before the event receive a 50% deposit refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

5. Hosting Warranty

Every confirmed service element is covered by our hosting warranty. If a booked element is not delivered as confirmed in your written agreement, we will, at your choice, credit the affected element or restage it at a follow-up evening at no additional charge.

6. Guest Conduct

• Entry is by reservation only; all guests must be listed on the reservation.
• Guests must be of legal age in Manitoba (18+) for evening sessions.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session in cases of unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
• Outside alcohol and outside catering are not permitted unless agreed in writing.

7. Liability

Guests attend and participate at their own risk. To the extent permitted by Manitoba law, Accesslaunchpoint Events Inc. is not liable for personal property loss, indirect damages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, utility outages or force majeure events.

8. Photography

Our team may capture event photography for venue marketing. Please inform your host in advance if your group prefers not to be photographed; we will always honour such requests.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your reservation applies to your event.
